Monitoring and on-call engineers for your production systems
We monitor your servers, services and public endpoints at all hours. When a check fails, an on-call engineer investigates and acts on an agreed runbook.
What is included
- Health checks
- CPU, memory, disk, network and service status are measured all the time.
- External checks
- We test websites, APIs and certificates from outside your network.
- Alert routing
- Alerts go to the on-call engineer and escalate if nobody acknowledges them within 15 minutes.
- Incident response
- Engineers diagnose the problem, restore service and keep you updated while it is open.
- Runbooks
- Known failures have written steps, so the response is the same each time.
- Post-incident review
- Significant incidents get a root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Questions
Is a person on call at night?
Yes. Critical alerts reach an on-call engineer at any hour, with response times set in the service level.
Can you monitor systems we host ourselves?
Yes, through an agent or external checks. We need agreed access before we can intervene.
What counts as critical?
We agree severity levels with you during onboarding. Critical usually means a customer-facing service is down or losing data.
Do we get reports?
You get a monthly report on availability, incidents and open actions. Each significant incident also gets its own report.
