Who owns the domain?
Your company is the registrant. We are listed as the technical contact.
Will moving DNS cause downtime?
Not if the records are copied and checked before the name servers change. The old and new zones give the same answers while the change spreads.
How long do DNS changes take?
That depends on each record's TTL. We lower TTLs before planned changes so they take effect quickly.
