Do you buy the devices?
No. You keep your buyback or recycling partner. We build and run the software that connects stores, customers and that partner.
Which checks can the portal run?
The checks your partner access allows. Apple authorised partners have device checks through their own Apple access, and we connect under your credentials.
Can business customers trade in fleets?
Yes. A bulk mode takes a list of serial numbers or IMEIs, prices them together and settles them as one batch.
Does it work with AppleCare Connect?
Yes. Both run in the same portal, so an upgrade can include the trade-in credit and AppleCare+ in one sale.
