Your business systems, sharing the same data
We connect your ERP, CRM, online shop, payment providers, couriers and accounting software. Orders, stock, customers and invoices move between them without retyping.
What is included
- ERP and accounting
- Invoices, products, prices and stock stay in sync with your ERP or accounting package.
- CRM
- Customer records and deals flow to and from your CRM, with one system named as owner of each field.
- E-shop
- Orders, stock levels and order status move between your shop and back office.
- Payments
- Payment status, refunds and settlement data are matched against orders.
- Couriers
- Shipments are created automatically, labels are generated and tracking numbers are sent back.
- Error handling
- Failed records go to a review list with the reason, and your team can resend them.
How it works
Mapping. We record which system owns each type of data and how fields match between systems.
What you receiveA data-flow diagram and a field mapping table.
Build. We write the connectors and the transformation rules on our infrastructure.
What you receiveA test environment connected to sandbox accounts.
Parallel run. The integration runs next to your current process for 1 to 2 weeks while we compare results.
What you receiveA comparison report and a list of fixes.
Operate. We monitor every flow and handle API changes from the vendors.
What you receiveAlerts, a monthly status report and a runbook.
Right for you if
Staff copy orders or invoices between systems by hand.
Stock or prices differ between your shop and your ERP.
An integration plugin keeps breaking after updates.
Questions
Which systems do you work with?
Any system with an API, file export or database access. We confirm access and limits during mapping.
Real-time or scheduled?
We use events or webhooks where the systems support them. Scheduled syncs cover the rest.
What happens when a vendor changes its API?
Our monitoring detects failures and we update the connector. This is part of the operate stage.
Do we need an integration platform licence?
No. We build and run the connectors ourselves, so there is no separate platform subscription.
