IP address space, routed and documented correctly

We assign IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to your services and announce them over BGP. We keep registry records, RPKI and reverse DNS consistent so other networks accept your traffic and trust your mail.

What is included

Address allocation
We assign IPv4 and IPv6 blocks to your servers and record which service uses each one.
BGP announcement
We announce your own or assigned prefixes from our network, at a minimum of /24 for IPv4 and /48 for IPv6.
RPKI and ROA
We create or request Route Origin Authorisations with the correct origin ASN and maximum length.
Registry records
We keep route objects and database entries accurate in the RIPE NCC database.
Reverse DNS
We set PTR records for each address and match them to forward DNS for mail servers.
Abuse handling
We monitor the abuse contact, act on reports within 1 working day and keep you informed.

How it works

Requirements. We confirm how many addresses you need, who holds the prefixes and how you need traffic routed.

What you receiveAn addressing plan and a list of registry steps.

Authorisation. We collect any LOA and set up route objects and ROAs with you.

What you receiveYour registry records are ready for validation.

Announcement. We configure the announcement and check reachability and RPKI status.

What you receiveConfirmation that the prefix is RPKI-valid and visible from public route collectors.

Operation. We watch announcements, reputation lists and abuse reports.

What you receiveYou are told about any routing or abuse event and what we did about it.

Right for you if

You hold your own address space and need it routed in the EU.

You send email from your own IP addresses and rely on their reputation.

You need IPv6 to work as well as IPv4.

Questions

Can we bring our own IP addresses?

Yes, if you hold the block or can show authorisation through an LOA. We need a valid route object and ROA before we announce it.

What is a ROA and why does it matter?

A ROA states which network may announce your prefix. Networks that check RPKI drop announcements that do not match.

Do you provide IPv6?

Yes. IPv6 is assigned alongside IPv4 at no extra cost.

How do you handle abuse reports?

We review each report and contact you when action is needed. We suspend traffic only when the risk to other networks requires it, as set out in our acceptable use policy.
