How we work
Clear commitments before you sign anything.
We reply on the same working day. You receive a written proposal with a fixed price within a week of the first call.
Before you sign
The first call is free. We ask how your company works, who uses the system and what it has to connect to. Within a week you receive a written proposal with the scope, the price and the date it will be ready. Anything that comes up outside that scope is priced before we build it.
If you are not sure what you have today, start with an audit. We review servers, code, email and security against a written checklist in about 5 working days, for a fixed fee. The report is yours whether or not we continue. We sign your NDA before you share any details, or send you ours.
While we build
Work happens on a private staging copy that you can open at any time. We deliver in short stages and show each one before moving on. When we migrate an existing system, the old one keeps running until you approve the switch, and the switch happens at a time you choose.
After launch
Most clients keep us on a managed contract. We host, monitor, update and back up the system, and one named engineer handles every change you ask for. You receive a monthly report, and once a quarter we sit down and look at what should change next. The contract runs for twelve months, then month to month.
When something breaks
How fast we answer depends on the level written into your contract. On Critical, an engineer is working on a full outage within 30 minutes, at any hour of any day. On Business, within 2 hours, on working days from 8:00 to 20:00. On Essential, we start as soon as an engineer is free during working days, usually within 4 hours, without a contractual penalty.
The full service level, with times for degraded service and change requests, is an annex to the contract. We send it together with the proposal.
Who answers for what
We are responsible for servers, network, backups, monitoring, security updates, code, integrations and documentation. You decide on content, users, business rules and when a change goes live. During an incident we act first, and we call you before any step that affects how your business runs.
If you decide to leave
You receive the code, the data, the credentials and the documentation. Nothing is locked to us, and we help the next team take over.
